
本工程的生化处理工艺采用循环式活性污泥法(Cylic Activated Sludge Technology,简称C-TECH工艺),它是序批式活性污泥法(SBR)的一种变型工艺,是目前国际上最为先进的一种间歇运行的活性污泥法工艺,具有技术先进实用、成熟可靠、运行效果好等优点,能满足各种严格的出水水质要求。
C-TECH工艺已在城市污水和工艺废水处理等方面得到广泛的应用。在美国、加拿大、澳洲、欧洲、亚洲等许多国家和地区都有大量的推广和应用。目前世界上已建成有300余座采用C-TECH工艺的污水处理厂。
C-TECH工艺的主要特点为:
◇ 在C-TECH工艺中,能同时进行有机物的降解、硝化/反硝化以及生物除磷过程,在不增加投资和运行能耗的条件下能达到深度处理的目的。
◇ 在C-TECH工艺中设置生物选择器,能有效避免丝状性微生物的生长繁殖,防止污泥膨胀,使系统运行的稳定性得到进一步的提高。
◇ 工艺流程简单,投资费用低。
◇ 处理效果好,工艺稳定性高,具有很高的缓冲进水水质水量冲击的能力。
◇ 自动化程度高,所需机械设备少,日常维护简单。
◇ 占地面积少,对周围环境无不良影响。

The biological treatment process adopts the Cyclic Activated sludge
Technology,i.e.C-TECH,which is a kind of modified and advanced version
of SBR.This kind process has such advantages as practical,advanced,mature,reliable
and efficient.So it is able to meet the strict requirements of various
effluents standard and have broad applications in U.S.,Canada,Australis
and many counties in Europe and Asia etc.Sofar,over 300 wastewater
treatment plants applying C-TECH process had been built in the world.The
main characteristics of C-TECH are as follows:
◇ In the C-TECH tank,where orgainc matter degradation process,nitrification
and denitrification processes and biological dephosphorylation process
happed simultaneously,the waste water will be treated deeply without
additional investment and operation energy consumption.
◇ There is a biological selector in the C-TECH tank which is able
to inhibit the growth of filamentous bacteria,to prevent sludge
from bulging,hence to improve the operation stability of the system.
◇ Simple operation and low investment.
◇ High performance and high stability,strong cushion ability against
the influent impact.
◇ Due to the high automatic degree with less mechanical equipments,the
routine maintains is simple.
◇ Economizing on land resource,having no bad effect on surrounding
environment.
