北京经济技术开发区污水厂工程采用国际上先进的C一TECH(改良型SBR)工艺,即循环式活性污泥法,主要工艺流程包括预处理段、生物处理段和污泥处理段。整个污水处理系统(包括粗格栅、提升泵、细格栅、C-TECH池、消毒池、污泥处置装置)全部实现自动控制。自控系统在中控室设置监控计算机,在各处理单元设置可编程控制器(PLC),二者以高速数据通道连接,从而形成集中监视、分散控制的系统整体。一期项目建成后,污水日处理能力为2万吨,届时,整个开发区生产及生活污水将在此处理达标后。排入凉水河,作为景观用水。1万吨/日污水回用处理系统正在筹建中。

The wastewater treatment engineering adopted an advanced technique--C-TECH(a
kind of modified SBR),i.e.cyclic active sludge technology.The whole
process mainly includes pretreatment,biological treatment and sludge
treatment.The whole system is automatic completely(inc.coarse screening,lift
pump,fine screening,C-TECH tank,disinfections tank and sludge treatment
unit.).There are monitor computers in the central control room and
PLCs seperation in each operation unit.Computers and PLCs are connected
by high-speed digital transmission channel to form the centralized
monitor and dispersed control system.When the first phase of the
project is finished,the capacity of the wastewater treatment would
be 20 thousands tons per day.After beijing treated to meet the requirements
of discharge standards,all of the industrial wastewater and sanitary
sewage coming from different facilities in this area will be discharged
into the Liangshui River.The treated wter can be resused as landscape
engineering water.In addition,a wastewater advanced treatment sysem
with the capacity of 10 thousands ton per day to serve the resused
purpose is being perpared.
