进入“十一五”以来,我国的污水处理产业得到了快速发展,污水处理能力及处理率增长迅速,带来了污泥产量的迅速增加。根据住建部资料显示,截止到2009年年底,全国城镇污水处理量达到280亿立方米,湿污泥(含水率80%)产生量突破2000万吨。根据调研结果显示,我国污水处理厂所产生的污泥,有80%没有得到妥善处理,污泥随意堆放及所造成的污染与再污染问题已经凸显出来,并且引起了社会的关注。
社会的关注促使国家不得不对污泥的处理处置重视起来,国家的重视又促使了污泥处理处置市场的形成。2010年初,住建部副部长仇保兴称,“十五”期间我国主要进行污水处理厂工作,“十一五”期间,重点是进行管网的配套,即将到来的“十二五”,将重点放在污泥处置等方面。应“千方百计地将污泥处置搞上去”,鼓励污泥无害化后进行土地综合利用。由此可见,“十二五”期间,污泥处理处置市场将得到进一步发展,其也将成为继污水处理之后的下一个投资热点。
