个人简历


  胡志荣 博士 1984年毕业于河海大学工程地质及水文地质专业获学士学位。毕业后留校任教。主要从事水资源开发,管理方面的教学和研究工作。1994年获水利部科技进步二等奖。

  1996年加入著名的南非开普顿大学 (UCT) 的水研究组。师从于国际生物污水处理领域享有盛名的乔治.埃克默 (George Ekama) 和马克.温泽尔 (Mark Wentzel) 教授, 从事生物脱氮除磷工艺和模型的开发和研究。开发了双泥型的综合的生物膜和活性污泥生物脱氮除磷工艺(ENBNRAS system, http://www.stowa-selectedtechnologies.nl/Sheets/Sheets/External.Nitrification.Process.html) 以及通用的生物脱氮除磷工艺模型 (UCT model)。2001年获博士学位。

  2001年进入美国依荷华州立大学作为博士后研究员与 J(Hans) van Leeuwen教授从事利用食品加工废水生产真菌蛋白质的工艺和模型的开发和研究。

  2002年加入加拿大海曼迪 (Hydromantis) 环境咨询顾问公司。作为高级项目工程师从事污水处理系统的模拟, 分析、优化设计和运行控制咨询服务以及模拟软件 GPS-X开发的技术支持。作为公司的中国市场主管推动基于计算机的数学模拟技术在中国污水处理实践中的认同和应用。并于2006年9月在北京成功地组织了由中国城镇供水排水协会排水专业委员会,加拿大海曼迪环境咨询顾问公司, 北京城市排水集团有限责任公司, 中国水网, 清华大学共同主办的”生物污水处理厂设计和运行的优化 -- 数学模型及其应用”国际研讨会。

  2007年初加入著名的加拿大EnviroSim环境咨询公司 (EnviroSim Associates Ltd)。作为高级工艺和模拟专家加入了由Peter Dold, Imre Takacs和Richard Jones博士等组成的著名的BioWin模型和BioWin模拟软件的开发和应用团队。作为EnviroSim公司的中国市场总监将利用EnviroSim公司在全球市场服务所获得的知识和积累的实践经验以及普遍使用的模拟工具 (BioWin) 推动数学模拟在中国污水处理工艺的模拟, 优化设计,改造和运行方面的应用, 为中国的水污染控制和水环境治理提供有益的服务。
